Shipping Times and Rates
All orders ship mostly UPS. Shipping costs vary from service and real-time rates depending on location, size, and weight order. Visit our FAQ page for more details on returns and exchanges
- Free Shipping (3-8 days) on orders totaling over $60. (excluding Alaska/Hawaii)
- Ground(2-7 days)
- Expedited (3-4 days)
Shipping costs are not refundable
No PO Boxes
Final Sale items are final and non returnable/exchangeable - ( will state final sale on product listing)
Free Returns - on eligible items
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Footwear must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Product with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase date
Shipping Cost Returns
- All shipping costs are non refundable (Ground and Expedited)
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

A few things that you should know
- Return portal now available only for orders completed with email
- Return portal not available for orders made with only phone number.
- Return carrier is UPS when using Return Portal.
- Return label will be e-mailed to the one used to place the order.
- Return portals are free of charge and we pay for the shipping cost
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they were received defective, damaged, or wrong size If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
