Returns and Exchanges
We allow returns on eligible items that are unused. Must be returned within 30 days of your order date. You can start a return on our returns portal or send us an email with your order number and we will send you a return label.
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Footwear must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
-Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
-Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
-All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice
-There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
-Product with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase date
We offer free shipping on orders of $60. (excluding Alaska/Hawaii)
Yes.We pay both ways on shipping.
When we receive returned item(s), it takes up to 1-2 days to review order and send refund notification. It may take from 1-5 business days to reflect on your banks statements and receive funds.
Items that are final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Will state FINAL SALE on product listing. Will not be able to use return portal on final sale items.

Most orders are processed same day or the following day. If you place order before 2pm EST, your order will ship same day. After 1pm EST, your order will ship next day.
All orders placed after 1pm EST Friday-Sunday will ship on Monday.
Orders totaling over $150 will ship with signature required. If billing and shipping address DO NOT MATCH, we MAY also ship with signature required.
We do not require for billing and shipping address to match but we may cancel your order if we detect any fraudulent discrepancies with credit card and shipping information. We may not contact you regarding discrepancies and we will just send you a cancel notification.

We can cancel orders before we ship and we can exchange for different size or item before shipping.
We can exchange items for higher, equal, or lesser value. (For lesser value, we refund the difference. For higher value, we will send you an updated payment request by email)
